We produce beef, including organic beef, and pork in the Sauerland.

Originally set up as an abattoir in the early 20th century, the meat market has been an Olpe institution since the 1970s. Family values are of great importance in our business, and can be seen not only in mutual respect, but also the sense of togetherness and fairness our employees show in everything they do.
